Getting Started

We are building support for two kinds of client applications that use the Axosoft API.

Private Client Applications

Private client applications are intended for a specific hosted Axosoft Account or Axosoft Installed databases, and are best suited for internal, account-specific applications.

Are you developing a private application? Log in to your Axosoft hosted account, then access "Tools > System Options > Axosoft API Settings" to get your private key and configure your API settings. See the Private Applications page to learn more.

Public Applications

Public client applications can be shared with other Axosoft customers, and are best suited for general-purpose Axosoft addons.

Are you developing a public application? Get your public API key. Already have a public application? Become an Axosoft partner to get listed on our web site.
